UK DELIVERIES
SeeBuySmile offers “1st class Delivery” to any destination in the
mainland UK and Northern Ireland, regardless of the order size. Most
orders should be received within a week.
Parcels will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery.
Please contact us by email if your goods are not received within 10
working days.
EUROPEAN DELIVERIES
We can deliver to the following European countries with an extra
postage fee including exchange rate of PayPal):
•Ireland (Republic of)
•Belgium
•Finland
•Germany
•Italy
•Luxembourg
•Netherlands
•Norway
•Spain
•Sweden
•Switzerland
Most European orders should be received within 14 working days. All
parcels will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery.
Please contact us by email if your goods are not received within 18
working days.
NORTH AMERICA & CANADA DELIVERIES
Deliveries to North America & Canada are also charged with an extra
postage fee (including exchange rate for PayPal). Please note it can
take up to 72 hours to verify your payment details with your bank
before goods can be shipped. Deliveries will be sent by Airmail
Signed For (at least 10 days), a signature will be required on
arrival of parcel.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of product we ONLY offer exchanges. All
exchanges must be made within 7 days of the shipping date
indicated on your sales receipt. After 7 days your order will be
assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for
exchanges will not be accepted.
Items may be exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in
clean, sellable condition with all tags intact and not altered,
subject to the discretion of By SeeBuySmile.co.uk. Once we
receive the item from you, we will send out the exchanged item.
Please contact us before exchanging to check if the other product
you are after is in stock. You are liable for sending the item back
to us. We will not charge postage on 1st exchange (per order),
unless the exchange items are considerably heavy or large, in which
case a shipping fee may apply. We will notify you in advance if this
is the case.
